In the beginning of September 2016, I started my short term research stay at FPI centre in Vancouver, BC. FPI (Forest Products Innovations) is private research centre which is specified in research of wooden products in Canada and the whole world. It is one of the biggest research centre on wooden products in general.

I am working here on a project related to my PhD research topic, which is Wood as Restorative Material in Healthcare Facilities. We are currently studying responses to stress in various environmental material settings using professional measure tools for ECG and GSR, which describes stress related unconscious emotions. Research is part of environmental psychology.
